New service for App reviews and beta tests !
I’m Jean-Eudes Lepelletier, iOS “Dad with Apps” indie developer (iVocAudio, Tapikeo HD).
I want to introduce my new service that I launched 4 weeks ago: ReviewForDev: iOS App Review and beta test service . This service is the result of many discussions on developer forums about the difficulty to get quickly reliable reviews from the targeted audience in order to improve our apps before release or after release.
If your app is already released (on the App Store):
You can purchase detailed reviews from our community of reviewers (they are manually selected), that will be published on the website. We manually validate each review according to our guidelines (Review Guidelines - Reviewfordev.com). Each is divided into 3 parts: What I liked, improvements and general review.
If you want to see examples of apps already reviewed, you can take a look here: All apps - Reviewfordev.com
In addition to the reviews published on the website, most of our reviewers also post the conclusion of their review on the US App store (we cannot force them to do so, because of Apple rules, as you know), so if you’re looking for this our service can probably help, indirectly.
If your app is not released yet:
You can request a beta test “over the air”. The beta-testers are hand-picked among the best reviewers and the feedback you’ll get will be more detailed (minimum 1200 characters for the “suggestions”).
The profiles of our reviewers are very varied in order to adapt to your target users with accuracy: gamers, SLPs, educators, parents with young kids / kids with Special needs etc. All user profiles - Reviewfordev.com
I’d be very happy to answer any of your questions or know your comments about it: design of the website, pricing etc.
If you want to take a look, you can request an invite here: Request an invite - Reviewfordev.com
PS: I thought this board was the most appropriate to talk to you about this,
