The siblings, Jennifer Sosa, 20, and Pedro Luis Sosa, 19, had climbed out of a crowded Chevrolet minivan that had been in a pileup, the authorities said. Shortly before 6 a.m., according to the police, they were struck by a Toyota Corolla.
