We are the first voice app in the store to make use of both local and server side voice recognition to give a uniquely compelling and interactive experience that was previously unavailable on the iPhone. Hobson's unique interface uses a technique known as voice guided speech input to maneuver and directly control elements on the iPhone display - 100% voice activated. This makes Hobson extremely intuitive, fun, and easy to use. Hobson has 4 main commands which provide for completely HANDS-FREE voice activated DIALING, CALLING, SHARING CONTACTS and more. SHARE: Share any contact in your Address Book with any other contact in your Address book using only your voice. Hobson will instantly send a contact vCard to the recipients email address. Using this vCard the recipient can import directly into many of their favorite programs/devices, including the iPhone (through Mail app) and Outlook. CALL: Use your voice to call any one of your contacts completely HANDS-FREE. Disable contacts that you don't want recognized. DIAL: Numeric Dialer included - Dial a number using our 100% VOICE ACTIVATED DIAL PAD. VIEW: Use your voice to view any contact and bring up their info page from where you can Edit their information without exiting the app. HIGH TECHNOLOGY: - Two kinds of voice recognition. Local recognition is done to handle all interface commands. Powerful server-side voice recognition is used to recognize up to several thousand contact names. - Dynamic ambiance detection: Hobson adjusts to your environment automatically to give you the best experience in any given situation. Whether you're in a noisy airport or a silent office Hobson will auto-adjust to ensure consistency in the interface navigation. - Background noise removal. Hobson analyzes ambient noise and removes as much as possible without distorting voice signal.
